Basic Cleaning
$100 and up
Standard cleaning that consists of dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of the common areas. Wiping down all cabinets, counter tops and appliances in the kitchen. Cleaning of the bath tub and shower, shower door, mirrors and toilets in the bathrooms.
Deep Cleaning
$250 and up
This includes all of the standard cleaning plus refrigerator and oven cleaning, baseboards wipe down, vents cleaned and window sills.
Move In/ Move Out Cleaning
$350 and up
This package includes the deep cleaning as well as 3 rooms of the classic carpet cleaning.

Classic Carpet Cleaning Package
This is a basic shampoo carpet cleaning that is used with a portable extractor.
Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Package
This is our most popular package. This cleaning starts with a pre treatment of a pre spray. The pre spray is mixed with chemicals that not only breaks up the dirt but brightens the carpets too. We then use either a rake or another form of agitation to break up the soil in the traffic lanes. With enough time for the chemicals to work, we then begin to extract and rinse with a heated portable machine. We groom the carpets to allow faster drying time and deodorize all rooms.
The Works Carpet Cleaning Package
This package is highly recommended for soiled carpets. This package includes everything that the deluxe package includes but also treats most stains with the exception of pet urine and red stains (extra cost). This package also includes using a heavy duty mechanical agitator for deep cleaning as well as a protector that is stain and soiled resistant.

Mattress Cleaning

This is always an area that is overlooked and forgotten about, not anymore. One of our experienced staff will pretreat the mattress with a solution that is safe for you but harmful to the micro organisms and germs that lie between your sheets. After letting the chemicals dwell, we will extract and rinse using the HWE method, leaving your mattress feeling brand new.
Upholstery Cleaning

Steam clean the furniture using our 7 step cleaning method.
Tile and Grout Cleaning

Tiles would be cleaned by applying a solution in between the grout lines, agitated with a brush to break down the dirt and followed by a CRB machine to remove the dirt.
Hardwood Floor Waxing
Estimates only
Highly trained tech would clean all hardwood surfaces and then apply a minimum of 2 coats of wax using a buffer for maximum shine.
Pressure Washing

Cleaning of patios, decks, sidings, driveways and store fronts using a gas pressure washer.
